This is an ER16 style Collet Chuck designed to fit in the Gang Blocks.
The Long length is still short enough to not interfere with the Turret Operation yet allow for adjustment along its axis.
The Stubby length is intended for the inner most position, where it overlaps with the Turret.
The Compression style comes with compression springs, one guide pin and shaft collar which allows the Chuck to move along the axis by a small amount (setting the shaft collar closer or further away sets the force and travel). This is intended for small taps and can be fixed in place with the set screws of the Gang Block.
